Transmission of an XML-formatted NDM could be based on a future CCSDS real-time data transfer service, a file-based transfer protocol such as SFTP, streaming media, email, or services provided via the World Wide Web and XML-compatible Web browsers.     This International Standard defines the design, safety and operation characteristics of gaseous hydrogen land vehicle (GHLV) refuelling connectors. GHLV refuelling connectors consist of the following components, as applicable: — receptacle and protective cap (mounted on vehicle); — nozzle. This International Standard applies to refuelling connectors which have working pressures of 11 MPa, 25 MPa, 35 MPa and 70 MPa, hereinafter referred to in this International Standard as the following: — H11 – 11 MPa at 15 °C; — H25 – 25 MPa at 15 °C; — H35 – 35 MPa at 15 °C; — H35HF – 35 MPa at 15 °C (high flow for commercial vehicle applications); — H70 – 70 MPa at 15 °C. Nozzles and receptacles that meet the requirements of this International Standard will only allow GHLVs to be filled by fuelling stations dispensing hydrogen with nominal working pressures equal to or lower than the vehicle fuel system working pressure. They will not allow GHLV to be filled by fuelling stations dispensing blends of hydrogen with natural gas. Refuelling connectors dispensing blends of hydrogen with natural gas are excluded from the scope of this International Standard. NOTE This International Standard can be used for certification purposes.

    This International Standard specifies terms and definitions, specification and qualification of 2G HTS joining procedure. A welding procedure specification (WPS) is needed to provide a basis for planning joining operations and for quality control during joining. Joining is considered as a special process in the terminology of standards for quality systems. Standards for quality systems usually require that special processes be carried out in accordance with written procedure specifications. This has resulted in the establishment of a set of rules for qualification of the joining procedure prior to the release of the WPS to actual production. This part of ISO 17279 defines these rules. This standard does not cover soldering, brazing or any fillers, which are currently available in the industry. This International Standard can be applied for joining of all kinds of 2G HTSs. This standard does not apply to 1st Generation Bismuth Strontium Calcium Copper Oxide (1G BSCCO) type HTS and Low Temperature Superconductor (LTS) Joining.

    This Standard specifies a testing scheme and requirements for carrier bags that are suitable for the introduction into well managed home composting installations under ambient conditions. Carrier bags are considered as suitable for home composting only if all the individual components meet the requirements. The following five aspects are addressed: a) characterization; b) biodegradation; c) disintegration during composting; d) compost quality; e) recognisability. These five characteristics are suitable to assess the effects on the biological treatment process This standard forms the basis for the labelling of carrier bags suitable for home composting. NOTE 1 – Compliance with the requirements of this standard by the carrier bags entering the compost does not necessarily imply that a high-quality compost will be produced. This standard covers the home compostability of the carrier bags themselves but does not address regulations that may exist regarding the home compostability of any residual contents. It does not provide information on the biodegradability of carrier bags ending up in the environment as litter. This standard includes, for information, a guide to good practice in home composting (Annex C). NOTE 2 – Conformity with all of the requirements of this standard may be used as a basis for labelling and claims. It does not enable demonstration of biodegradation in other environments including professional organic recycling facilities
