    Specification of a framework for an efficient and quality-ensured supply chain for information on safety-related static road attributes, from public authorities to commercial map providers and other road data users, with a focus on changes in the concerned attributes rather than full data sets. Preliminary work was carried out in the eu-funded ROSATTE project. The intended framwork will consist of the following parts: (1) a conceptual specification of the data content (the information model); (2) a physical exchange format to specify a coding for the various types of data listed under the conceptual model; (3) a service specification to facilitate the actual data flow between the various actors. The specification will be aligned with INSPIRE as an extension for ITS spatial data of the theme Transport Networks, while adding elements that are essential for ITS spatial data but not currently offered by INSPIRE, such as maintenance of the data, quality control and location referencing.

NOTE 1: A motor system which consists of an electric motor and a CDM is also called PDS (Power Drive System). NOTE 2: A CDM is also often called VSD (Variable Speed Drive). Pump units as defined above are treated as Extended Products in respect to their energy efficiency.     This European standard defines the test methods for and performance requirements for rigid or semi-rigid non-metallic ductwork which are used for ventilation and air conditioning of buildings. This standard does not include flexible ducts such as textile liners, spiral duct work or others which are handled in EN 13180 or ductwork made from insulation duct board handled in EN 13403. Requirements for the air tightness of the ventilation system for non-residential buildings are given in EN 13779. For residential buildings national rules shall be applied. The standard is developed to test rigid or semi-rigid ventilation ducts and their components under laboratory conditions. Tests on site shall be done in accordance with EN 12599. The test methods and performance requirements are valid for ventilation ducts with circular, rectangular or other cross sections. This standard covers non-fire rated and fire rated ductwork. Fire rated ductwork shall also be tested in accordance with EN 1366-1.

    This European Standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of tylosin, spiramycin, vriginiamycin, carbadox and olaquindox in animal feeds. The method is suitable for the identification of low concentrations of tylosin, spiramycin, virginiamycin, carbadox and claquindox in compound animal feeds. The limit of detection of tylosin, spiramycin and virginiamycin is well below the target concentration of 1 mg/kg. The target concentrations of 4 mg/kg for carbadox and 3 mg/kg for olaquindox can also readily be achieved. Identification of the target compounds according the EU requirements at the target concentration is possible. Since tylosin, spiramycin and virginiamycin are fermentation products consisting of a mixture of several closely related compounds, the analysis is based on detection and identification of the most abundant constituents. For tylosin the marker is tylosin A, for spiramycin that is spiramycin I and II and for virginamycin that is virginiamycin M1 and S1. The other isomers and forms can be readily detected with the same method but adjustment of the MS parameters according to the molecular mass of precursor and product ions need to be made. Carbadox and Olaquindox are analysed as such. Quantification of the content is performed by multi-level standard addition to account for the considerable variability of feed composition. (Annex B)

This TR will be used as input for further discussions on the need for updating the standards. This TR shall describe the current state and should tackle following topics: - Defining criteria for the inclusion of impact categories and indicators in CEN TC 350 standards. Including o the relevance of the additional indicators (general, environmental, building design, existing policies and regulations) o the robustness of the indicators and methods o the applicability (data availability, software, …) - Examining the predefined set of impact categories and indicators according to the criteria - Proposing possibilities of incorporating them in the standard The impact categories and indicators to be reviewed in the TR shall be: - particulate matter, - land use, - biodiversity, - human and ecotoxicity, - water depletion/scarcity and, - ionizing radiation. This list of impact categories is a predefined set and does not imply a recommendation for inclusion in the standards.

These products are intended for underground use in landscape, pedestrian or vehicular traffic areas and are used outside the building structure (application area code “U”). These boxes are intended to be used as elements in a modular system. This European Standard is only applicable to boxes where the manufacturer has clearly stated in the documentation how the components shall be assembled to create a complete infiltration, attenuation or storage construction. Sub component(s) can be manufactured by various methods e.g. extrusion, injection moulding, rotational moulding, thermoforming and low-pressure injection moulding. A box can either be factory assembled or site assembled from different components.

Note: This regulation is proposed to replace Directive 1999/93. Has been approved by trialogue between the Council, Commission and parliament, the Committee of Permanent [Council] Representatives (COREPER) and is due to be put forward to the European Parliament on 3rd April. The TS allows organizations of construction sector, large and SMEs, with an OHSAS model implemented to consider MNMs risks into their model, and also companies with no experience in health and safety management systems, particularly SMEs, to initiate the path to a complete OH&S management system with the implementation of MNMs Risk management as first step. This document can be applied in any type of organization in construction industry regardless of type and size, in all its areas and levels. Every subsector involved in construction cycle could apply the documents but with different necessities, perceptions and criteria (manufacture, building and civil construction and demolition). This TS is designed as a practical document with an structure that includes for every requirement a brief explanation on this requirement implementation and specific recommendations based on the conclusions of SCAFFOLD work in product design, risk prevention, risk assessment and risk protection regarding MNMs use.     This framework forms a guideline for the education, examination and evaluation of the competence of inspectors of public playground environments. For each specific task an inspector may need to perform; this guideline describes the knowledge and experience the inspector needs and also sets out the basic level of knowledge required. The standard EN 1176-1 & 7 details the different types or levels of inspections required to help provide a play environment that is suitable for children to play in. The different types of inspections demand different levels of knowledge and experience; these are: - Routine Visual inspection - Operational inspection - Annual main inspection - Post Installation Inspection As well as these inspections identified in the standard there are also other inspections that are useful in helping to ensure the safe operation of a play environment: - post-accident investigation In this guideline there is a broad explanation of what these inspections are and how they should be performed. This guideline is not intended for certification bodies. Pipes and fittings covered by this European Standard are intended to be used for buried or above-ground conveyance for both outside and inside buildings. Joints are made with jointing threads in accordance with EN 10226-1 and EN 10226-2 or compression joints. It gives the associated test/assessment methods. This European Standard does not cover valves, adhesives, joint sealings and gaskets.
